dear parents i am asking for friends, they are going to Sg for surgery for their baby

Young parents from Russia need to go to Singapore in may for eye surgery for their little girl, surgery is for replacement of the intraocular and external prosthesis (I am not sure exactly correct name). They are looking for a cheap accommodation to stay, I know Singapore is not cheap, and want to help them find some options to stay. Thank you all!!!
