Why do we face lot of depression after giving birth?? I feel so moody as times n sometimes I feel m so happy... I don't I feel like crying on small small talks... Why so is it normal???

It seems very normal to me. I think most of the new mothers undergo this phase. Mostly due to lack of sleep, overwhelmed by the new responsibilities as a mom, constant need to be there for the child and not taking enough time for oneself are some of the reasons. It's natural to be in this phase and come out of it gradually.
