What's your favorite Japanese food?

RAMEN, maki sushi and other cooked sushi, tempura, gyudon and other donburi (rice bowls), sukiyaki (not too much but still good), yakiniku (anything grilled, japanese way), chicken karaage and katsu, tonkatsu, gyoza. the list goes a long way. lol. sa takoyaki and okonomiyaki dapat authentic (japanese way) talaga para masarap.
