erm.. what to cook for tomorrow (and what I need to take out to defrost in the morning), what are on the to-do list and how to best manage my time.. Most of the time, I try not to think about anything and distract myself by focusing on counting and deep breathing (so that I can fall asleep.. and yes, it works!). Thinking through those plans always keeps me up and I need my sleep.....
