Generally cut carbohydrates, sweet drinks/desserts, cut down on fats (butter/oil/fried food, only take lean meat) Also exercise and increase physical activity Eat dinner before 7pm and don’t eat breakfast till after 7am. I find that ‘intermittent fasting’ for at least 12 hours, with increased physical activity, helps a lot:) All these are assuming you have no medical issues like diabetes, heart/liver/kidney issues.
