Hi, just want to know when u have your new house and have a 1 years old lo , will u have a room for your guest to stay over? Be it in laws or parents. I was thinking not to have anyone staying over at my house as I don't like it. To be fair for my husband both sides of families don't come over and stay will be better. But how to make it work or say to them? Hmm.. ppl asking me if I buying a extra bed for the extra room, I say no.. I have 3 rooms, one for my LO play room, one is my LO bedroom, last one my room. Do I sound bad? Is my home I wondering why must ppl come over and stay... I don't like it at all..

Why bother have a guest room if u don't want them in the first place. One of my room is study room. Guest room even if utilized is so lowly utilized. Study room or toy room or entertainment room also can. Ask the guest go home sleep la - Singapore is not v big that it takes a long time to travel over and not as if ur house is a chalet

I don't have a guest stay over room. My boy is currently still slping in our rm in his cot , the other room is our work/study room n the 3rd is playroom

Convert it to study room .. or store things there.. say it's for storage purpose ... or exercise purpose ...

If there is space then I'll have a guest room. Otherwise I don't bother
