As for me, Assisted Pregnancy my OB recommended eating healthy (avoid sugary/salty, processed, fatty and red meat), no coffee, softdrinks, smoking, alcohol. Regular exercise kahit jogging or walking lang, take vitamins like folic, Vitamin D, multivitamins, CoQ10, LGluta (detox), drinking green tea (teabags, not the bottled ones), matcha is good too. May kasama pa po g gamot yun pero yan yung routine ko.
