Panadol during pregnancy

Took booster shot and am suffering bodyaches, headache and fever. Safe to take normal panadol? Can we put kool fever? Or any natural remedies to share? #advicepls #1stimemom

Doctor told me, don’t take Panadol extra. GP prescribed me 500mg when I was having low fever during my pregnancy.
