light brown discharge with right lower stomach pain. no other pregnancy symptoms.

Today I am having light brown discharge only once in the morning. My right lower side of my stomach is been having pain like my period and light tingling sometimes through the past few weeks. Other than that I do not have any pregnancy symptoms. Plus, I went for ultrasound and they said there are fluid but no baby. Is all this something I should worried?
