Can Any C-section Mummys relate?

This is My 2nd pregnancy, I had to had an Emergency Caesarean with My first Baby. I am 13 weeks & 4 days. It has been itching soo painfully. I am not very heavy, My pre-pregnancy weight was 100 lbs 3 years now, after my first baby. I currently weight 106.. Is it normal for the scar to be so painfully itchy? I am allergic to pretty much every cream. I don't know what to do for some relief. I am scared for the future when My belly gets bigger =( Please share your experience. Thank you, Mummys! Good Luck!
