Baby

This is what is coming out from my baby's legs, am worried. Its been a month now, I thought it would clear since he was not and still isn't running any temperature or doing anything to be worried on, it has even started increasing, some has come to his left thigh, two on his face and one on his other leg, touching it feels hard, please any idea what this is??
