SLLEPING POSITIONS

Are there any specific sleeping positions according to different trimester or I can sleep in any position if I am comfortable Thanks

6 month se 9 month tak sidha nai so sakte hai...left side n right side hi sona padta hai...👍🏻

Left side is always adviced but you can sleep on your right side also for some times

Left side is always a safe...
