diaper rash

my son is having rashes more than 20 days,I'm using solidérm mixi ointment and coconut oil but in vain. can anyone help me out with this situation?

just apply only pure coconut oil and let it open for 5 min in a day for 4 or 5 time sure baby will surly fine
