Sinong preggy dto ang hilig sa ice cream and milk tea ? mag 4 months palang ako pero parang 5-6 months na raw ang tiyan ko?. Minsan nagsosoft drinks din ?.

Naku sis, dahan dahan hehe. Baka mahirapan ka po. Milk tea may cause UTI as well as Gestational Diabetes, sa taas ng sugar content nya. Same case with ice cream. I completely stopped drinking milk tea na when I had UTI. I usually drink water or fresh buko juice na lang. Now din since ang bilis ko maggain ng weight, I'm making a conscious decision to eat healthier and lessen my rice intake. 😊
