Sino dito yung company hindi advance magbibigay ng maternity benefits and salary diff.? Yung sa company ko kasi after daw manganak saka bibigay. Pero diba MATERNITY BENEFITS AND SALARY DIFFERENTIALS ARE PAID IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE PER DOLE AND SSS PURSUANT TO THE EXPANDED MATERNITY LEAVE LAW?

Naku po against the law yan. Companies are obliged to give you the full mat benefits within 30days from your edd according to the expanded mat law. Binigay saken ng comp ko a month before my edd. 80k nakuha ko in total both from sss and the salary differential from my company

Sakin nga mag 3months na baby ko until now wala pa din sila binibigay eh. 😭
