Hi, what can I do during these covid times to identify any stressors in my child during these covid times as they are not able to go out and meet friends?

Thats an excellent question. How we can identify stressors (triggers) is generally how your child responds after an incident/event eg: your child asks to go to the playground, and you say no. Your child cries. Its best to focus on what you can do at home instead, and make it fun!! Children are easily redirected however it takes effort to make your daily routine exciting at home. I would recommend sensory play, treasure hunts, and form of interactive play to make it exciting and your child still gets to move and run about. Give more available choices for your child, which gives them a sense of autonomy at home despite these crazy times!
