Hi mommy! 16 weeks preggy here. Same with u, felt a bit feverish din ako, and with sore throat naman. My husband’s a doctor, he told me mag paracetamol lang, mag regulate ng body temperature which means bawal sa sobrang init and bawal sa sobrang lamig para bumaba ang feverish feels, then vit c lang kami for throat and gargle lang ng warm water with salt. Wag ka magpapawis, hindi need. Kailangan lang magpunas ka ng bimpo with tap water. :) Best tong methods na to and it helped me talaga.
