Fetal Heartbeat

Hello po! It's my second pregnancy and I'm already 6 weeks 2 days pregnant as per ultrasound. Is it normal po na wala pang heartbeat at 6 weeks?

yes, i got the same result sac only no embryo, pinag bed rest ako and take ng duphaston and vitamins, after 2 weeks pinabalik and i prayed na kung kaloob ang 2nd baby mabubuo and ayun 4mos na sya today ❤️
