What vitamins is the best for me?

hello po, I'm 21 years old and 4 months pregnant. nag struggle po kasi ako cos my parents still don't know that I'm pregnant. ANO PO BA ANG BEST VITAMINS? ANO POD BA ANG TINAKE NYO NA VITAMINS? need advice and suggestions :(

pa check up ka na. same lang tayo. pa check up ka na kasi mas best yung vitamins na ibibigay sayo ng doctor kasi mas makikita nya kung anong pangangailangan mo. do it early for the baby.
