After breakfast

Hello po, ano po bang breakfast ang mababa sa sugar? Kahapon po oatmeal with maternal milk lang kinain ko. Ngayon naman 2 slice wheat bread with Lady's choice ham spread. Every 1 hour after breakfast mataas. :( Pero normal naman sa before breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. 4x po kasi ako nag check sa glucometer (before breakfast, 1 hour after breakfast, 1 hour after lunch and 1 hour after dinner)

Non fat milk po ung inumin nyo wag anmum or maternal milk kasi mataas ang sugar content. Add chia seeds. Tapos whole wheat yung bread. Saka more gulay. Sabi yung okra nakakatulong magpababa ng blood sugar level.
