11 week 6 days pregnant, but no heartbeat detected through a fetal doppler

Hello po, 11 weeks and 6 days po nung 2nd check up ko and no heartbeat detected po OB ko using a doppler po. Pinababalik po niya Ako after 2 weeks.. Is it normal lang po kaya.. Worried po Kasi Ako..
