Please share your favorite sweet potato recipe!

My mum simply steam it and all of us loved it. I prefer the Japanese version which has a nice texture and tastes great after steaming. You can also make sweet potato soup. Just cut the sweet potato into bite size, slice up some ginger (without the skin), bring everything to boil and leave to simmer. Sweeten using rock sugar to taste.
