7 mths old what to eat / drink ?

Hi parents , Any suggestion on what can 7mths old eat or drink ? He is now taking Friso cereal , purée and teething biscuit , read online they say can give egg and some protein just wondering what did you all give ur LO at 7mths ?

Any whole foods you can think off, fruits & veggies, salmon, chicken, eggs etc
