From first day of last menstrual period (LMP) po if regular mestruation kayo. Then from LMP, less 3 months tas add ka ng 7 days. Yung yung estimated due date (EDD) po. Example po sakin, June 1 LMP ko po. Less 3 months so March 1 plus 7 days. March 8 po supposedly yung EDD ko hehe. Although irreg ako kaya ultrasound ang sinusunod ng OB ko na EDD.
