Overweight mommies

Hi overweight momies! I baru in first trimester dah taklarat bawak badan. Any tips for me untuk diet but still boleh cover lapar yg berlarutan ni? I ada loya dari pagi sampai tengahari, sometimes sampai ke malam. So memang selera makan makanan berkuah je kalau kena loya. Any tips?

hi. u dont need to diet during pregnancy. bmi sy 33 masa buka buku, alahan smpai 12w, i just eat whatever i can. janji in moderate amounts. no need to diet sbb u bby needs nutrition. bby akn ambil dari bdn u..and u kena top up utk diri u. so jgn stress nk diet during pregnancy ok

Awww thank you mommy! Ok. I try makan dengan kuantiti sedikit tapi keep makan tiap kali rasa lapar lah.

Try cut processed sugar. Time mkn, dlm 1 pinggan tu ada nasi sikit but lauk & sayur banyak. Mkn buah as snacks. Bab exercise kena tanya doktor dlu
