Hilot

I gave birth via normal delivery.. My mom and even the elderly here in our area wanted me to go and magpahilot.. But I decline, Im currently on the process pa of healing pa, so based on my evaluation sa sarili ko, baka mas makasama kapag nagpahilot ako. And Im currently and thankfully good. Back to work na din after ng maternity leave. My advised is to just have some rest and do not stress yourself, you'll be good in no time.
