Pwede ba ang fresh milk for pregnancy?

I know it's recommended to drink Maternity Milk. Pero is fresh milk good for pregnancy or is it safe to drink cold fresh cow milk during pregnancy?

I do, but I usually will pour a glass and leave it for about 10 mins only drink so that it is not so cold, but still cold though 😂
