Sex is okay, but the frequency and position depends on your condition and the baby. Always ask your ob about it. 😊

It depends kung maselan or hindi pero best sex is 3rd trimester, base on my experience hindi ako nahirapan manganak 😉

If hindi po kayo maselan magbuntis, pero first trimester po medyo crucial pa, ask your OB po para sure.

If maselan, not okay po.. kung di naman, gentle parin po kasi crucial stage ang 1st trimester.. :)
