nagka ganyan ako before . ang ginamot ko lang suka at maligamgam na tubig .yun ang pinanghuhugas ko tapos make sure na dry na ang pempem . hindi rin ako nag aunderwear sa gabi that time. tapos maluwag na pajama or short ang suot ko .
