13 weeks pregnant today

is it necessary to drink milk when you are pregnant? my doctor didn't order me to drink medicine but only a Folic acid and Isoxilan. or which month usually the doctor requires mommies to drink milk? thank you for your responses.

sabi po saken ng mga tita ko okay lang naman daw po uminom ng gatas pero wag araw araw kasi nakakalaki daw po ng baby at mahihirapan daw tayo manganak or baka CS.
