13 weeks pregnant today

is it necessary to drink milk when you are pregnant? my doctor didn't order me to drink medicine but only a Folic acid and Isoxilan. or which month usually the doctor requires mommies to drink milk? thank you for your responses.

ako simula ng magpositive ako nagmimilk naq anmum den promama kc iba ang nutrients ang nkukuha ntin dun intended for pregnant women tlga at hnd nman lhat nkukuha ntin s knakain ntin. khit ngaun 6mos.gusto ko n sna huminto pero asawa ko ayaw kc kelangan daw n baby.
