13 weeks pregnant today

is it necessary to drink milk when you are pregnant? my doctor didn't order me to drink medicine but only a Folic acid and Isoxilan. or which month usually the doctor requires mommies to drink milk? thank you for your responses.

You mean milk for pregnancy? Not necessary for me. I asked my ob during my 1st month, sabi nya kahit anong gatas lang. Tinry ko fresh milk, pero wala di ko kaya ang lasa. Bearbrand at milo minsan cocoa nga lang. 8 months preggy na. At ngayon, di na maiwasan nag kakape na ako decaf using bearbrand as creamier. 😊
