Muze roj motion aane me dard ho raha hai jab bhi mai latrine k liye jati hu aur aati hu wapas bahot taklif chalu hoti hai dr ne medicine ka timing change kiya hai mai pahale rice khati thi ab maine roti kha na start kiya hai sath me daliya B what I do ye problem se mai bahot pareshan hu ?

I have pain every night when I go to latrine after latrine I feel very uneasy like someone through spicy chilies to that place... I can't sleep whole night my Dr change my medicine timing and add one sugar medicine becoz of my sugar increase.... And before I eat only rice bt now I stop to eat it I started only wheat chapati.... What I need to eat pls suggest 🙏😭
