Breastfeeding cravings?

Hey mummy’s is it true that u will have breastfeeding cravings? I’m craving a lot of sweet stuff nowadays like ice cream,candy,chocolate etc even savoury things can’t be pregnant tho HAVENT done sex at all 😭 is there such thing as breastfeeding cravings? #FTM

I used to crave for sugary items while breastfeeding. Think it’s body’s want for high calories. I used to eat a lot of chocolates during breastfeeding time, though not healthy and made me chubbier 😅

could be because you're breastfeeding and need a higher amount of calories, hence it's your body's way of asking for more food.

you lose a lot of calories in feeding. your body is probably hungry. as long as you're not gaining weight
