Home remedies for constipation

Hi mummies out there. Currently 12 weeks pregnant and hirap akong mag poop. Malakas naman ako sa water 3-5 liters of water ang nacoconsume ko per day. Any other cure po for constipation. Thank you

Grabe naranasan ko din yan 10weeks preggy. nag try ako Anmum mukang okay naman sya minsan nag yayakult din ako. ngayon di na sya sobrang dry ng poops ko. Anmum Chocolate sakin
