First kicks feeling

Hi mummies. I'm 17 weeks+ now, and looking forward to feeling the baby kicks! Recently past few nights I experience gas/bubbles popping in my womb area (below belly button). In the morning when I'm still lying down, the bubble pops can be quite frequent. Is this baby kicking or moving? Or its just my stomach gas? #firstbaby #pregnancy #1stimemom
