Post missed miscarriage.

Hello mummies, I just gave birth to stillbirth 3weeks ago. Yesterday went back to reviews my results to find out what's causes for my missed miscarriage, blood test and placenta both was fine, except for I had sticky blood, so therefore there's no reasons for my baby death.. Dr recommends me to try for another baby 6months later... anyone had such " sticky blood " before? It's my first time, first time hearing such thing, I don't quite understand too..
