Breast milk bath

Any mummies give baby breastmilk bath? Do I need to give baby a good rinse after the bath?

I always give my baby milk bath cos I have alot of bm haha. What I do is ill filled the bathtub with milk and hot water. Add 2 pump of her shower foam. Cos the frozen milk smell I can't take it. When she's done I will rinse her with warm water just a quick one.
