Cramps during implantation/first month pregnancy

Hi mummies, Is feeling cramps (bearable though) during very early pregnancy normal? How long does it usually last and is it usually through out the day? I don’t usually have cramps during menses though. Thank you.

My gynae told me it’s normal to feel cramps during early pregnancy. As long as there’s no bleeding. For mine, it’s quite on and off - sometimes have, sometimes don’t.
