Hi any mummies ever encounter any blood when urinating.? is it serious? im on 1st trimester now

Might want to see your gynae to ensure it’s not bleeding from the vagina. If it’s really blood from the pee, it could also be a urinary tract infection or stone problem. Also safer to see a doctor
