Mga mommy, normal lang ba na mag isip ng kung ano ano during pregnancy, like baka may deperensya or what. Pero kumpleto naman ako sa vitamins.
Monthly check up sa private, healthy foods and anmum 2-3 glasses a day.

Its part of pregnancy mindset momshie. If you have complete vitamins, monthly checkups with your OB then you are doing fine. All you need to do is stay out of stress, drink water, stay healthy and enjoy your pregnancy to the fullest because when your done you’re going to miss it!
