Applicator for Heragest

Hello momshies! First time ko mag-insert ng Heragest sa vajayjay ko as prescribed by my OB. I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Parang sa entrance banda ko lang naipasok. As in tip ng capsule, lumabas konti sa vajayjay ko. Di ko na madiin using my finger. Should I insert it further? Mas mabuti bang gumamit ng applicator? Thanks in advance!
