Bedrest ako

Momshies hello... 2x na ako na miscarriage (always at 9th weeks ;( sunod2x mga momshies, so for the 3rd time attempt bedrest (1st time) ko ito, 3weeks pregnant palang ako ngayun. Any good advise or tips po?
