Momshie if formula ba yung milk ni baby, is it true ba na bawal rin uminom ng water?

usually 6 months po pero my 2 pedias advised me to give atleast 1 oz of water an hour or two after formula milk. 2nd month si baby since pinag water ko siya. specially now n sobrang init. but its better to consult ur pedia too mumsh.
