baby milestone 4-5 months

hi moms, at what age your baby could sit straight up? like... at what age does the neck become strong enough to support her/ his head while sitting? how do i know my baby is ready for solid???

hm.. u can gauge how steady the head is based on the tummy time. I started at 6 mth, but honestly I think I should've started at 5.5 when he could sit assisted without his head being too wobbly. Coz now my baby has low iron, and it would've been good to start solids earlier for this
