Hi mommy's I'm new to this group... I'm would like to know about breastmilk increase... My baby is 2 months plus... When I'm pump always get 2oz only... How to increase the breastmilk... I'm drink milk, oat, dates and fenugreek but still same level only

dri y apa yg sy faham kena selalu pam, lg bnyk demand lg tinggi supply..if xboleh pam sbb baby df, buat tandem..pam sebelah df sebelah..hrp membantu..
