umbilical arteries shows mildly increase resistance

Hi mommies... Pls suggest yesterday I rcv my ultrasound report and in report there is mention my baby weight is according to BPD 2198 in 35 week. Mild FGR. And one more thing mention Mildly increased umbilical artery resistance... Pls mommies suggest me is it ok ...or there is some issues??
