Breast milk supply

Hi mommies, pa help naman po. Any suggestions po para mag increase breast milk supply ko. I take natalac capsule plus malunggay sabaw pero low milk supply pa rin. Usually napupump ko parati 20ml lang. Ano po ba pwede gawin para mag increase yung breast milk supply ko thanks po sa help

It takes time mommy, unli latch lang then your milk will flow saka depende yan sa needs ni baby. Since first time mom, we feel na we produce less. See photo for reference

Well tama parin, max per feeding is 3oz. I suggest unli latch si LO sayo, better un kaysa magpump. Look for hungry cues ni LO, para less feeding pero slightly more frequent. Learn about growth spurt baka nasa phase na sya nun.
