Worried to take medicine

Hi mommies im 6 weeks preggy to be exact since highblood ako as per my OB last check up ko is 140/100 ang bp ko niresetahan nya ko ng gamot para bumaba ang bp ko which is kailangan ko inumin 2x a day, nag do-doubt ako inumin dahil sa paniniwalang bawal uminom ng kahit na anong gamot, i need your advice

No offense sa Doctors here, but all synthetic drugs have Side effects & contraindications. Di lang nila nae explain, kasi recommended po yan ng mga Medical representatives... Kahit i check nyo po sa Book of Doctors yung PPD Phil pharmaceutical Directories jan anka sulat lahat ng mga gamot indications side effects... Etc. Pag pregnant po tayo lahat ng intake naten nagpupunta sa blood streams naten directly kay Baby through umbilical cord... Even stress kaya maipasa kay Baby... Kaya i strongly advice change lang po kayo lifestyle & foods
