First is kapag kakapanganak palang, normal na sasakit kapag nagpapadede. Kumbaga naninibago palang amg katawan. Observe proper latching mommy, baka yun ang reason kung bakit nagsusugat ang nipples. May mga nabasa din ako dito accdg sa mga mommies is effective ang pagpahid ng breastmilk to heal yung sugat. Pwede din gumamit ng nipple creams. 😊

You can try to use MQT Nipple Cream or Kiddie Momma's Nipple Cream. 😊
